They are thick, but not cumbersome, fit well, and are very comfortable while riding, the quality of the garment is first rate. Deceivingly cool when out in the warm weather, and cargo styling makes them a great addition to my riding gear. Very comfortable, not overly hot in the warm weather, protection on knees moves when walking but now made more secure.

You can feel the weight and get a feel for the quality of these trousers straight out the packet. I had to return and change for a 36 as they were a bit too tight but the usual great service and help from SportsBikeShop. I can feel that I have put on a bit of weight, but have a pair of oxford denim jeans in a 34 that still fit alright so perhaps the RST sizing is a little smaller.
